Physical Therapist

The Physical Therapist is responsible for evaluating/assessing needs of patients and formulating treatment plans based on the specific needs of the patient. The Physical Therapist will work cooperatively with physicians and other healthcare providers to provide the therapy services defined in the treatment plan.
