Part-Time Night Banquet Supervisor Location: Kearney, NE Younes Hospitality is seeking a Part-Time Night Banquet Supervisor to help lead banquet operations at our three conference centers. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, leading a team, and ensuring guests have an exceptional event experience. Responsibilities: Supervise banquet staff during events Assign tasks and provide leadership to the team Ensure events are executed efficiently and professionally Address guest and employee concerns as they arise Maintain high standards of service and safety Qualifications: Strong leadership and communication skills Positive, dependable, and hands-on work style Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Previous banquet, hospitality, or supervisory experience preferred Schedule: Evening and weekend hours are based on event schedules. Younes Hospitality operates seven days a week, and shifts vary according to business needs.
