Skills and Qualifications: - Proven experience as a line cook, with at least 2 years in a leadership role preferred. - Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, food safety, and sanitation practices. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends. - Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus.
