Legal Process Specialist

Position Summary The Legal Process Specialist is responsible for receiving, reviewing, and accurately processing legal documents such as levies, subpoenas, and information requests. This role ensures compliance with legal and regulatory requirements by conducting detailed research, verifying account information, and responding to requests in a timely and accurate manner. The position works collaboratively with internal departments and external entities including Legal Counsel, the Fraud Investigations Unit (FIU), Operations Administration, local and state agencies, and attorneys.
