REGISTERED NURSE RN BEHAVIORAL HEALTH - CASUAL

Casual RN position for the Behavioral Health Department, which includes Adult Psychiatry, Geriatric Psychiatry, and Drug & Alcohol units. Must be willing to work all shifts and meet casual requirements of at least 32 hours per month. Must be willing to work 24 to 40 hours per week during orientation. Responsible for providing direct nursing care to assigned psychiatric or chemically dependent patients. The Registered Nurse’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to, utilization of the nursing process in the provision of care, communicating with all members of the health care team to assure patient goals are being met and coordinated, and providing excellent customer service while supporting patients’ and families’ physical and emotional health.
