What You’ll Do As a DHL eCommerce – Parcel Delivery Driver, you’ll play an important role in providing a first-class delivery experience and helping us deliver on our promise of Excellence. Simply Delivered. Working closely with our Operational Team, you’ll complete a busy multi-drop delivery schedule while providing excellent service to our customers. Our customers depend on us to deliver their parcels safely and on time, and our drivers are key to making that happen. Key Role Responsibilities • Represent the brand positively and professionally, maintaining a clean vehicle and demonstrating courteous and responsible driving at all times. • Safely load and unload parcels from the delivery vehicle. • Deliver parcels and goods safely and efficiently to designated locations within agreed timeframes. • Ensure parcels, including sensitive materials where applicable, are handled appropriately and delivered with high standards of customer care. • Use and look after delivery equipment correctly, including handheld scanners, while completing a busy multi-drop delivery schedule of up to 100 shipments per day. What We’re Looking For • A full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points, and no driving disqualification within the last five years. • Previous multi-drop delivery experience is preferable. • A positive and enthusiastic approach, with a passion for delivering excellent service. • Strong customer service skills and the ability to work effectively to deadlines in a busy, fast-paced environment.
