Comments

- Our church is at a place of incremental and large, scale change. There is excitement and hope as well as anxiety and conflict.

- It is our hope that the director/pastor will feel a sense of call, not just to a job but to a mission, and contribute with skill, savvy, and a general non-anxious presence.

- We are looking for chemistry, character, and competence – in that order. The simple descriptor of this job is someone who can be an energetic, adaptable, and enjoyable contributor to a team that is leading significant change in a 60 year old, non-profit, for-benefit, volunteer organization.
