SUMMARY

The Dishwasher ("Lavaplatos") performs cleaning of the back-of-the-house Food & Beverage facilities and equipment to achieve the highest level of sanitation as prescribed by the Health Department and hotel standards.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

- Ensures an environment as free of contamination as possible with the concern for the health and welfare of our clientele and associates.

- Cleans floors and walls of the kitchens and back-of-house Food & Beverage areas.

- Cleans and sanitizes all work surfaces.

- Places all soiled dishes, pots, and pans in the dishwashing area.

- Washes and wipes ovens and stovetops.

- Stocks cook lines with clean plates.

- Performs additional duties and responsibilities as directed by the leadership team.
