Steward

Reporting to the Culinary Management Team, the Steward is responsible for cleaning all food and beverage areas using various tools, chemicals, equipment, and machinery. You will wash, sanitize, and store all dishes, flatware, silverware, glassware, pots, pans, utensils, and cutting boards for food service; clean and maintain all equipment and dish machine; take all trash to designated area; clean all trash receptacles and replace trash bags; sweep and mop areas designated by managing Chefs; and complete other special cleaning projects as assigned.
