Reservations Agent

Chico Hot Springs Resort is looking for a Reservations Agent to join our Front Office team! This position works Friday and Saturday, 10:00 AM–6:00 PM and starts at $21/hour.

You’ll be the friendly voice of Chico for many of our guests—answering calls, booking lodging and restaurant reservations, answering questions, and reaching out to upcoming guests to confirm their plans and details. Previous hotel or reservations experience is preferred, and experience with Opera or other front office/reservation software is a plus.
