Front Desk Agent

Looking for a beautiful place to spend your working hours? Look no further than the Sanderling Resort in sunny Outer Banks! The Full-Time, year around, Front Desk Agent is responsible for processing all guest check-ins, check-outs, room assignments, room changes, and late check-out requests. You'll secure payment, activate/reissue room keys, verify/adjust billing for guests, coordinate with Housekeeping and Engineering to track room status and guest concerns. You will also be responsible for securing guest information and be of assistance to all guests and visitors.
