Area Director of Sales

Supporting the Hotel General Managers and the Regional Director of Sales, the Tuscaloosa Area Director of Sales will focus on leading the sales operation of AC Hotel Tuscaloosa Downtown and Home2 Suites by Hilton Tuscaloosa Downtown University Boulevard. The primary focus of this position is educating travel professionals both domestic and international, moving market share from our competitors, and leading the sales organization to meet each properties financial goals. Through effective relationship building and account management they will deliver the highest levels of guest service and organizational leadership. They will be a creative, energetic, and knowledgeable professional, and will be fundamental to the ongoing success of each hotel.
