Patient Care Manager - A2 Orange Complex Care & A1 Aqua Palliative

Reporting to the Program Director of the RCC, Continuing Care, Rehab and Stroke Programs, the Patient Care Manager, of A2 Orange Complex Care & A1 Aqua Palliative units, is a member of the management team within the Stroke and Post Acute program and is responsible for the coordination and direction of each unit as well as the human and fiscal resources of the units.
