Senior Accountant

Element has an opportunity for a Senior Accountant to join our growing team. This role serves as the primary accounting lead for multiple labs within the Aerospace, Space & Defense business line, and is responsible for the full accounting cycle, including month-end close, financial reporting, reconciliations, accruals, and business partnering. This role operates in a highly hands-on environment and requires a self-directed accounting professional capable of managing complex accounting activities with limited oversight.
