Calibration Technician

Are you mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with computers? Element is seeking a Calibration Technician to join our Huntsville laboratory team. This role offers the opportunity to build a specialized skillset in calibration, testing, and quality systems while working in a clean, laboratory-based environment. Whether you're an experienced technician or someone with strong technical aptitude looking to learn a new trade, we provide the training and support needed for long-term success. According to the hiring manager, character, reliability, basic computer proficiency, and willingness to learn are often more important than extensive industry experience.
