Children's Surgery Program Coordinator, FT Days (57932)

Under the direction of the Associate Administrator Perioperative Services, Coordinator, Children’s Surgery Program provides focused planning, development, coordination, monitoring and evaluation of the pediatric surgical program. The coordinator plans, organizes, implements, and coordinates daily activities and operations; develops and implements clinical operating policies and procedures; hires, orients, trains, develops and retains competent staff; promotes flow of information between service and key stake holders; directs and ensures compliance with regulatory and accreditation agencies; develops, implements and maintains quality assurance programs and quality improvement opportunities.
