Facilities Operations Analyst

The Facilities Planner III supports the execution and governance of facility operations activities across a client portfolio. The role helps ensure that operational records, maintenance data, performance reporting, and supporting documentation are complete, accurate, and aligned with account requirements, Buyer objectives, critical performance indicators (CPIs), and service level agreements (SLAs). This is an account-level operations support position focused on portfolio consistency, information quality, performance visibility, and continuous improvement. The role works with account leadership, Critical Facilities Managers, site teams, and support functions to identify gaps, standardize processes, track commitments, and improve the effectiveness of facility operations. The position does not perform site-level work assignment, technician dispatch, or development of the detailed maintenance schedule.
