Resident Manager I with 2-bedroom units (Moonlight Villas-1374 & Mid-Celis-1373)

This position is for a full-time Resident Manager I with a 2-bedroom unit to work at Moonlight Villas and Mid-Celis a 27-unit and 20-unit affordable PSH housing community in Pacoima and San Fernando, CA. This is a Tax Credit property. Qualified candidates will have 1+ years of affordable housing property management experience and knowledge in PSH, TCAC, DFEH and ADA guidelines. Valid Driver's License, clean DMV record and reliable transportation are required. Yardi is a plus, bilingual Armenian speaking is a plus. Salary range: $23.75 - $42.65 per hour; hiring range for new employees is generally $23.75 - $33.20 per hour, DOE. Please note an offer will take into consideration the experience of the final candidate and the current salary level of individuals working at EAH in a similar role.
