Resident Manager I (No Housing) - (Pimentel Place - 1483)

This position is for a full-time Resident Manager I (no housing) to work at Pimentel Place, a 57-unit affordable family housing community in Hayward, CA. This is a HUD and Tax Credit property. Qualified Candidates will have 1+ year of affordable housing property management experience, knowledge of HUD, TCAC, DFEH and ADA Guidelines. Qualified Yardi Voyager Experience a plus. Salary range: $28.00 -$45.00 per hour; hiring range for new employees is generally $28.00-$36.50 per hour, DOE. Please note an offer will take into consideration the experience of the final candidate and the current salary level of individuals working at EAH in a similar role.
