PSH Resident Manager I-Floater (Parkview on the Park-1376/ Bryson/1368)

This position is for a full-time Resident Manager I Floater to work at Parkview on the Park, Bryson and assisting as needed in other PSH properties in Los Angeles, CA. This is an 80-unit PSH, Tax Credit and special needs senior community with 100% layer of sec 8 HA vouchers and an 81-unit Family Community. Qualified candidates will have 1+ years of affordable housing property management experience and knowledge in PSH, TCAC, DFEH and ADA guidelines. Valid Driver's License, clean DMV record and reliable transportation are required. Yardi is a plus, bilingual speaking is a plus. Salary range: $29.40 - $47.25 per hour; hiring range for new employees is generally $29.40 - $38.33 per hour, DOE.
