Director, Real Estate Development - NorCal (7110-RED)**Hybrid Remote Position**

This position is for a full-time Real Estate Development Director (RED) to work at EAH Corporate in San Rafael, CA. This is hybrid remote position. Master’s degree in any of the following fields: architecture, RED, business, finance, planning, or construction management. Education in other fields of study combined with appropriate work experience. 5+ years of related work or field work experience related to affordable housing development such as architecture, finance, planning, construction, etc. Salary range: $125,000.00 to $220,000.00 per year; hiring range for new employees is generally $125,000.00 to $172,500.00 per year, DOE. Offer will take into consideration the experience of the final candidate and the current salary level of individuals working at EAH in a similar role.
