Assistant Resident Manager I with 3-Bedroom Unit (Avena Bella I and II-1467,1470)

This position is for a full-time Assistant Resident Manager I with Housing at Avena Bella I (80-units) and II (61-units), affordable family housing community in Turlock, CA. This is a HUD, Sec 8, Tax Credit, and CTCAC property. High school diploma or GED required. Qualified candidates must have 1+ years of tax-credit experience and Yardi Voyager experience. Must be able to work independently and must be reliable. Salary range: $16.68 - $26.68 per hour; hiring range for new employees is generally $16.68 - $21.78 per hour, DOE. Please note an offer will take into consideration the experience of the final candidate and the current salary level of individuals working at EAH in a similar role.
