Logistics Team Specialist

Logistics Specialist This position supports our operations by matching a customer’s chauffeured ground transportation request with the right vehicle and chauffeur in markets around the world. We are looking for someone to work 1:00 pm to 10:00 pm including 1 weekend day. Responsibilities Perform duties such as trip assignment, Quality Assurance Calls, inbound vendor calls and meeting quality expectations. Manage reservations with an advanced understanding of the markets, clients, vendors and situational risk; and take action on identified risks to prevent deviations. Receive and solve escalations from all departments with quick results. Be a contributing member to LimoLink’s innovative automation drive.
