Clinical Education – Preceptor Network Recruiter

Our partner is looking for a Clinical Education – Preceptor Network Recruiter based in the United States. This is a results-oriented role focused on expanding a national network of clinical education partners. You will identify, engage, and recruit physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, and healthcare organizations to support clinical training opportunities. The position combines strategic outreach, relationship management, pipeline development, and healthcare credentialing. You will own the recruitment journey from initial prospecting through onboarding readiness, with a strong focus on meaningful partnerships rather than outreach volume alone. Working remotely, you will collaborate closely with Partnerships, Operations, and other teams to ensure recruited opportunities successfully support student placement needs.
