Role Overview
As a Staff Product Designer, you will be responsible for solving customer pain points in a rapidly changing business environment with a small team. You are expected to own the entire process of product creation, from ideation to the final development, based on the design thinking process. You are proficient at creating user scenarios, user journeys, wireframes, and UI designs and prototypes. You have the ability to understand business requirements and provide design directions using qualitative and quantitative data. To achieve this, you will work with various teams including development, Product Manager, marketing, legal, and HR teams and coordinate work. Furthermore, you will contribute to establishing and executing large and small projects and strategies that are necessary for the business to grow and lead the cultivation of the team culture and the establishment of processes.
What You Will Do
- Lead the overall design projects while communicating with Business, Engineering, and Product teams.
- Be proactive in establishing product vision and roadmap and play a strategic role in decision-making processes.
- Improve processes more efficiently through collaborations with other design leaders of Product UX teams.
- Set a priority for improvement directions by identifying and analyzing problems of the current products and services. Assure design quality and suggest directions for improvement.
Basic Qualifications
