About the role

Skill Stork International School is inviting applications from experienced and passionate IB-PYP Teachers to join our growing international teaching faculty. The role involves delivering high-quality, inquiry-based learning aligned with the IB Primary Years Programme framework, fostering curiosity, critical thinking, and global mindedness in young learners. We welcome educators from Mathematics, Science, English, and specialised subject backgrounds, including Computer Science and Foreign Languages (French / German), who are committed to student-centred, concept-driven teaching. Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the IB PYP framework and learner profile Implement inquiry-based, transdisciplinary teaching practices Design assessments aligned with IB philosophy and learning outcomes Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment Collaborate with grade-level teams, specialists, and coordinators Integrate technology meaningfully into teaching and learning Participate in school events, professional development, and IB training Maintain effective communication with parents and the school community Uphold child safeguarding, academic integrity, and professional ethics Why Join Skill Stork International School? Freshers need not apply Subject Backgrounds Considered English Mathematics Science Social Studies Computer Science / ICT Foreign Languages: French / German Qualifications B.Ed. (Mandatory) Relevant undergraduate / postgraduate degree in the subject area IB certifications or IB professional development/workshop certifications – Preferred Desired Skills & Competencies Strong understanding of IB PYP philosophy and practices Excellent communication and classroom management skills Passion for holistic and experiential learning Ability to work collaboratively in an international school environment Commitment to continuous professional growth Employment Commitment Requirement This is a full-time, on-campus role requiring complete professional commitment. Concurrent employment, freelance work, or private tuition during the academic year is not permitted Pursuing any regular academic programme (full-time or part-time) that interferes with school responsibilities is not permissible Candidates must be able to fully dedicate their time and professional focus to the school and students.
