We are looking for a proactive and well-connected Medical & Institutional Affairs Specialist to act as the strategic interface between Life Together and healthcare authorities, while supporting the development and strengthening of our medical network. Key Responsibilities • Serve as liaison with healthcare institutions and regulatory authorities in line with internal governance. • Support the application, renewal, and monitoring of licenses, permits, and authorizations. • Assist Medical Directors and teams in preparing for inspections, audits, and regulatory reviews. • Monitor regulatory developments and advise on key implications. • Identify, engage, and support the onboarding of medical professionals. • Maintain and expand a strong network of medical contacts and collaborators. • Contribute to the development and optimization of medical services and projects. • Facilitate coordination between medical teams, management, and external stakeholders. Qualifications and Experience • Experience within the healthcare sector (public and/or private). • Strong knowledge of the local healthcare regulatory framework. • Established medical network. • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and diplomatic skills. • Ability to operate effectively in complex institutional environments. • Strategic, organized, and results-oriented mindset.
