About the role
Bamboo Card is a fast-growing e-gift card distribution platform connecting global brands, marketplaces, and digital wallets. We empower clients to offer seamless digital gifting experiences across multiple categories from gaming and entertainment to lifestyle and retail. We're currently looking for a process-driven Head of Fulfillment to own our end-to-end fulfillment pipeline, bulletproof our delivery mechanics, and protect our assets from leak or error. This is not a traditional warehouse or physical logistics role - you will manage a high-velocity digital supply chain where the inventory consists of thousands of live, high-value digital codes. Requirements Asset Control & Process Architecture Treat digital codes as highly controlled, liquid assets. Design and enforce processes for receiving, validating, storing, and releasing inventory. Architect checklists and operational workflows that eliminate the risk of duplicate deliveries, inventory leaks, or manual errors. Strictly separate the delivery function from customer support. Ensure those who deliver the codes are never the ones resolving ticket disputes, keeping our internal controls pristine. Reconciliation & Audit Trails Build and run daily reconciliation models to ensure every digital card received from suppliers matches exactly what was loaded into our database and delivered to clients. Establish immediate detection systems for stock discrepancies, failed digital dispatches, or supplier delivery lag. Document every single inventory move so that any transaction, bulk import, or failover can be historically audited in minutes. Automation & Tooling Partner with Product and Engineering to automate our batch ingestion and delivery pipelines, replacing manual checks with programmatic validation rules. Act as the calm, methodical operator when deliveries fail or API integrations lag, isolating the issue and resolving it systematically. Partner with Purchasing Work hand-in-hand with the purchasing team to make sure that the technical ingestion, verification, and API failover processes for new suppliers are ready to scale from day one. Feed hard fulfillment data back to the Purchasing team so they have the leverage they need to hold suppliers accountable or renegotiate terms. Responsibilities You have over 6 years experience managing digital inventory pipelines in digital-goods/gift-card platforms, fintech payments operations, gaming-key delivery sites, or highly technical e-commerce fulfillment ops. You instinctively build double-check systems, checklists, and audit trails. You don't need to write code, but you speak "developer." You are comfortable looking at API logs to diagnose why a delivery failed (e.g., distinguishing between a vendor timeout, a "no stock" code, or an authentication issue). You have advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills for building reconciliation models, and ideally, basic SQL skills so you can query database tables and trace missing batches independently. You know how to design and enforce strict "least privilege access" rules, ensuring that live digital codes are highly secure, and you have a sharp eye for spotting suspicious spikes or unusual bulk exports.
