HRIS Solutions Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an HRIS Solutions Manager based in the United States. This is a strategic HR technology role focused on optimizing Oracle HCM Cloud and enabling scalable employee experiences. You’ll serve as a subject matter expert and product owner, connecting HR business needs with effective technology solutions. The role combines system configuration, process improvement, automation, integrations, compliance, and program management. You’ll identify opportunities to leverage AI, workflow automation, and self-service capabilities to reduce manual work and improve efficiency. You’ll also help shape the long-term HR technology roadmap while ensuring data integrity, security, and regulatory compliance. Working across People Operations and broader business teams, you’ll translate complex requirements into practical, user-focused solutions.
