CNA-PART TIME

Part-Time | Flexible Schedule | Paid Travel Between Patients Are you an experienced CNA who enjoys working one-on-one with patients rather than rushing from room to room? Join our growing home health team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients throughout the Denver metro area. This position consists of short, intermittent home visits—typically 1 to 2 hours per visit —providing personal care and assistance that allows patients to remain safely and comfortably in their own homes. What You'll Do Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility assistance. Observe and report changes in patient condition to the supervising nurse. Document visits accurately and promptly. Build positive, professional relationships with patients and families. Travel between patients' homes throughout your assigned service area. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in being dependable, and understands that continuity of care is important to our patients.
