Dealer Development Manager

The Dealer Development Manager is responsible for driving the growth, profitability, and expansion of REV's indirect lending program across assigned territories, including South Carolina, North Carolina, West Virginia, and future markets. Serving as the primary business development representative for the dealer network, this role builds dealership relationships, increases indirect loan production, improves funding conversion rates, and expands market presence. As a trusted advisor to dealership leaders, the Dealer Development Manager uses consultative sales strategies, market insights, and data analytics to identify growth opportunities, achieve production goals, increase dealer engagement, and ensure the long-term success of the indirect lending portfolio
