Maintenance Supervisor II

The Maintenance Supervisor leads a team of maintenance mechanics and electricians to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient plant operations. This role oversees preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance for production equipment, automation systems, utilities, and facility infrastructure. The supervisor coordinates troubleshooting, manages maintenance schedules, and drives improvements to increase equipment reliability and minimize downtime. The role provides technical and team leadership while partnering with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Safety. Candidates should have 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience, strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting skills, and experience with automated equipment, robotics, PLCs, and CMMS systems.
