Member Outreach Specialist

The Member Outreach Specialist serves as a REV ambassador, proactively connecting with members to deepen relationships, identify financial needs, and recommend tailored products and services. This role leverages data and analytics to drive meaningful conversations, increase product adoption, and enhance digital engagement. With a strong focus on service excellence, the specialist supports member retention, contributes to outbound strategy development, and provides insights that improve overall member experience and Member Experience Center performance.
