CCBHC Team Lead

The CCBHC Team Lead supports the day-to-day operations of a multidisciplinary team providing outpatient community-based care offered by the CCBHC, serving clients across the lifespan with mental health conditions and co-occurring substance use disorders. This role is responsible for ensuring care is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and compliant with Illinois Medicaid Rule 140/132 and CCBHC federal and Illinois standards. Works with diverse staff and service population. Must work some evenings and weekends.
