About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated Operations & Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be the main responsible for coordinating building operations, managing product related projects and support the overall product team on a variety of projects and topics. What you'll be doing:

Responsible for coordinating building operations:

• Ensuring building operations run smoothly and efficiently by coordinating internal and external partners

• Main contact person for our property & facility managers as well as relevant internal stakeholders

• Create, establish and implement processes around building operations

• Managing product-related projects, e.g. new digital product introductions, and facilitating the cross-functional collaboration that will result from these projects by:

• Ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Responsibilities include setting up project frameworks, prioritizing tasks, regularly reporting progress to stakeholders, and summarizing insights and outcomes to drive continuous improvement.

• Coordinating internal resources as well as external partners through detailed project plans to monitor progress and measure performance

• Creating and maintaining comprehensive project document
