Landscaper

TITLE: LANDSCAPER REVISED: August 1, 2022 APPROVED: October 1, 2024 The Landscaper will be responsible for the routine maintenance of the grounds and their utility requirements. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintain all lawn areas by mowing, weed eating, and edging. Maintain all exterior trash receptacles. Properly depose all exterior trash and debris. Prune and trim trees and shrubs as needed. Cleans road gutters, culverts, and other water drainage structures. Maintain and repair the sprinkler system and equipment. Perform weekly inspections as outlined on all equipment and systems. Report any major repair needs or requests for tools and supplies immediately. Must attend and be certified in all applicable training programs required. All other departmental duties as assigned.
