Diagnostics: Skill in light electrical troubleshooting and basic drivability diagnostics. Efficiency: Ability to perform quality work in a fast-paced environment while meeting flat-rate/turnaround targets. Safety & Standards: Maintain a safe, clean work station and execute thorough multi-point vehicle inspections. Requirements: 2+ years of automotive service/repair experience (dealership or independent shop experience preferred). Own set of basic hand tools and power tools appropriate for a B-Tech. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. ASE certifications are a strong plus (we will pay for you to complete additional certifications!).
