Regional Continuous Improvement Manager - Northwest Region

Mission of the Role (What you will be doing): As an integral team member, you will lead our continuous improvement initiatives and embed lean principles across our operations. In this role, you will drive process optimization, eliminate waste, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. The ideal candidate possesses excellent problem-solving skills and has a proven track record in implementing lean methodologies to achieve measurable results. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Implement and sustain lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices across multiple facilities Serve as the primary CI leader for Tualatin, OR and Mukilteo, WA, with support to additional Oregon locations as needed Partner with plant managers and operations leaders to identify, prioritize, and execute improvement initiatives Train and coach employees, supervisors, and managers on lean principles and tools Lead Kaizen events and continuous improvement workshops across sites Apply methodologies including 5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, Kanban, and Six Sigma Standardize processes to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance Analyze KPIs and operational data to measure impact and ROI of initiatives Collaborate with safety, quality, and operations teams to ensure alignment with company standards Present progress updates, results, and recommendations to regional and senior leadership
