Currently, The Center at Val Vista is looking for CNAs to join our Team. This fast paced position requires a positive team member who can work well under pressure and is comfortable with multi-tasking. Job Description: The primary purpose of the Nursing Staff is to provide excellent patient care in compliance with State/Federal Regulations and Company policy. Job Duties and Responsibilities: Oversee all areas of the patients medical needs on a daily basis Work in collaboration with patient, physician, family members, care team and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible care and treatment for the patient Answer call lights, assist patient with ADLs Responsible for timely and accurate charting Accept an integral role in patient satisfaction by providing excellent care and positive interactions.
