HEAD OF OPERATIONS TESTING AND INFRAESTRUCTURE

We are seeking experienced talent to occupy the position: Head of Operations Testing Infrastructure to lead the development, industrialization, and global deployment of testing solutions and infrastructure across multiple manufacturing locations. The role combines strategic leadership, operational excellence, technology management, and global team coordination. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving innovation and standardization in End-of-Line (EOL) testing, ICT fixture design and development, tester manufacturing, tool shop operations, and testing infrastructure while ensuring global know-how transfer, quality, cost, and delivery performance.
