Western Region Underwriting Counsel - Westcor Land Title Insurance Company

Position Summary: We are looking for a professional to analyze title insurance risks, provide underwriting solutions, and ensure compliance with laws. This role involves handling residential and limited commercial transactions, conducting training seminars, and delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a J.D. degree, at least 3 years of relevant experience, and be a member in good standing with the CO Bar. Strong knowledge of Arizona, Colorado, Nevada, Montana, Utah and Wyoming real property law and the title insurance industry, along with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, are essential.
