Transaction Services & Restructuring - Analyst

We are currently looking for an ambitious and diligent individual to join our Transaction Services & Restructuring team in Amsterdam as an Analyst. You will plan, execute and deliver Transaction Services and Restructuring projects for front-ranking private equity and corporate clients You will work in diverse teams and help conducting analyses, with a full exposure to all stages of the transaction You will be responsible for timely execution of assignments to a high standard Your team members participate in your day-to-day training and help you acquire all the technical knowledge required to work autonomously within the team
