Social Media Intern

You are a self-motivated, communicative college student who energetically embraces new challenges and responsibilities. Meticulously detail-oriented, you are someone who can do nearly anything and you are as creative as you are focused. You take ownership of your work and love seeing the results of a job well done. We are looking for a talented and passionate social media intern to help increase our brand’s presence and visibility on these channels. You will play an important role in supporting all social media platforms, as well as researching and implementing additional channels. You will also work directly with our Marketing & PR team to come up with creative campaigns and branding for Peek online. We will provide you with a career-defining experience and reference. Responsibilities: • Channel management: Create and grow a highly engaging Peek presence across multiple strategically relevant online platforms including Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, Tumblr, Instagram, Google+ and other 3rd party blogs and emerging platforms. • Content creation, curation and execution: Source content for the editorial calendar, ensuring all Peek social channels are maintained in a timely and relevant fashion. Create a consistent brand, tone of voice and authentic dialogue. • Knowledge share: Take a proactive approach to staying abreast of the latest trends and innovations in social media.
