Who we're looking for: We're looking to build the best teams possible with highly motivated and engaged employees. We have an exciting opportunity for a Porter to join one of our Brooklyn properties. Schedule: Saturday - Wednesday 2pm - 10:30pm, off Thursday & Friday Essential duties and responsibilities: Responsible for cleaning common areas and vacant apartments Maintain exterior areas Collect and sort trash Salt and shovel snow during inclement weather Some minor handy work may include changing light bulbs, replacing blinds and small paint touch-up jobs
