Lead Engineer - Electrical

This is a hands-on position responsible for overseeing product development cycles from start to release to production. The products range from 3KW to 60KW smart generators, multiple trailer chassis/systems, Rigid Wall Systems, Water Treatment, and other power management controls/distribution boxes throughout the Expeditionary Sector enterprise. Responsible for providing and leading complex technical activities of assigned programs including planning, scheduling, and direction to a team of engineers, designers, and technicians to ensure effective coordination of projects. The Lead Engineer must possess sufficient technical knowledge of their programs to identify problems, provide guidance to team , and be sure the work product fulfills requirements. Proactively lead improvement initiatives.
