Service Coordinator

We are seeking a Service Coordinator to support our growing commercial mechanical services team. This role is ideal for someone with prior HVAC, dispatching, or service coordination experience who enjoys problem-solving, multitasking, and being the key point of communication between customers and field technicians. Responsibilites: • Coordinate daily schedules and dispatch to meet customer needs • Communicate with customers regarding service requests, updates, and scheduling • Manage incoming service calls and prioritize requests appropriately • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure parts, materials, and job information are available for technician • Maintain accurate service records and technician documentation • Help resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner • Support overall service operations and administrative functions as needed Preferred Experience: • 5+ years of experience in dispatching, scheduling, customer service, or service coordination • Previous HVAC, mechanical, construction, or field service industry experience preferred • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and scheduling/service management software preferred • Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset Benefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance About Us: United Mechanical (UM), A Fidelity Company, is a leading full-service mechanical contracting company that offers commercial and institutional HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing services.
