Mailroom Equipment Operator

Sets up of equipment for production and ensure standards and specifications are followed. Constantly verify all material entering and exiting production to ensure it matches work order and sample provided. Performs quality checks for proper material order, barcode clarity and postage and aware of customer specifications. Oversees mail helper for proper tray, sort and tag to meet USPS requirements. Self-motivated and aware of quality control; Pays close attention to detail Performs other duties or special projects as required or as assigned by a supervisor/manager. Read and understand the job ticket Trouble shooting and maintain equipment as needed Follows management direction/instructions, able to provide quality feedback, operating suggestions and doesn’t require constant oversight
