Expertise in building scalable data infrastructure, digital marketing analytics, strong management, and cross functional communication skills are crucial to help the company achieve its goals. Deliver trusted dashboards, reports, and self-service tools. Establish review and validation processes before company-wide distribution. Marketing Performance, Attribution & Web Analytics Own marketing measurement, attribution models, and optimization frameworks. Lead Web Analytics strategy (e.g., Google Analytics, conversion tracking, funnels, events). Enable continuous monitoring and optimization of digital marketing performance. Product & Customer Journey Optimization Analyze conversion behavior and optimize end-to-end customer journeys. Collaborate with Product and CRM teams to improve engagement and conversion. Experimentation & Advanced Analytics Define and oversee A/B and multivariate testing strategies. Ensure rigorous experimentation and actionable insights across business units. Predictive & Incremental Analytics Build predictive models and causal analyses. Apply incremental measurement to evaluate business impact and optimize decisions. Innovation & Continuous Improvement Track emerging trends in data, analytics, and technology. Continuously improve tools, platforms, and processes for efficiency and innovation.
