About the role
We are a hospitality-tech property management company managing a portfolio of 120+ premium villas and managed apartments across Bangalore, Goa, Chennai, Hyderabad, Gurgram, and Kolkata. Role Overview We're looking for a Senior BDE to lead property acquisition and owner onboarding for our portfolio of villas and managed apartments across India. This is a high-ownership, target-driven role for someone who can run the BD desk end-to-end — driving their own pipeline, managing a team of 4–5 BD executives, and closing management contracts with owners across regions. Key Responsibilities • Identify, pitch, and onboard owners of villas and apartments under a management contract • Own and drive a target-based BD funnel — lead sourcing, qualification, negotiation, contract closure • Lead and manage a team of 4–5 BD executives, driving individual and desk-level target achievement • Run and scale Pan India BD operations across the villas and managed apartments portfolio • Maintain and update BD trackers with accurate pipeline and conversion data across regions • Consistently meet or exceed monthly/quarterly acquisition targets for self and team • Coordinate with Operations and Legal teams for smooth owner onboarding post-signing Requirements 3–4 years of experience in Business Development within the real estate industry • Prior experience managing or mentoring a small BD team is preferred • Proven ability to work in a target-driven environment with clear KPIs • Comfortable running BD operations across multiple cities/regions (Pan India exposure preferred) • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills • Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable with a high-intensity, output-linked role Benefits Competitive fixed pay + uncapped, slab-based incentive structure • Fast-track growth in a scaling hospitality-tech company • Direct exposure to property owners, brokers, and city-level BD strategy
