Senior CRM Executive

JewelsHire, a distinguished leader in the realm of jewelry industry recruitment, extends its invitation for a position at a renowned jewelry manufacturer located in Seepz, Andheri east, Mumbai Handle order raising, pricing (manually using Advanced Excel), and order processing efficiently Manage end-to-end order coordination including follow-ups with internal teams and clients Prepare and manage shipment building, documentation, and release processes Coordinate closely with production, logistics, and merchandising teams to ensure timely delivery Maintain accurate data and reports using Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS reports, etc.) Work on EMR software for order tracking and updates Handle export market clients and ensure smooth communication and servicing Monitor order status and proactively resolve delays or issues Requirements Requirements: - 5+ years of relevant experience in CRM / Client Relationship Management Strong CRM exposure with excellent client-handling skills Good knowledge of Jewellery Pricing & Costing Strong English communication skills – verbal & written Excellent Email & Chat communication skills Advanced MS Excel skills – VLOOKUP & Pivot Tables Strong knowledge of the Export Jewellery Market Excellent coordination, follow-up & customer relationship management skills Ability to handle clients independently and manage day-to-day CRM operations Hands-on experience with EMR software Benefits Location- Mumbai, Andheri East Salary Range- Up to 50K
